Here is how you can prepare it:

FOCUS Matcha Latte with Lavender

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of biological lavender flowers (optional but and what gives the original taste)
  • 1 cup of vegetable milk (whatever you like) we use this

  • 1 cup of water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the infusion of lavender: Boil 1 cup of water and add the lavender flowers. Let it create infusion for a few minutes. Strain the flowers and set aside.
  2. Prepare Matcha Focus: In a small bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of the mixture focus with some of the lavender infusion (40gr) until smooth and without lumps.
  3. Heat the milk: Heat the milk and, if possible in something that creates foam such as a milk scout or blender.
  4. Sirva: Pour the Focus Mixture with Lavender on your favorite cup. Sweeten to taste. 
  5. Saboree and focus: Enjoy the soothing and energizing effects of this delicious lavender and matcha drink!
